What’s your philosophy when it comes to quality child care? Working in the child care industry is never a dull moment! Starting my cert III was one of the best decisions I have made in perusing a career in early childhood. Being apart of their learning progress & celebrating a child’s milestone is so rewarding. I love working at Little Dreamers as each child brightens my day in so many ways. Their contagious smiles make my job enjoyable everyday, guiding our next generation to be accepting of all is something I feel passionate about.
