What’s your philosophy when it comes to quality child care? As an educator I encourage and support the children’s independence and freedom of choice/movement. Giving children the time and space they need to create, play and work at their own pace. I believe all children have absorbent minds and are capable of learning so much at such young ages. I focus on nurturing each child’s individual potential by providing hands on, fun and play based learning experiences and space that are based on their unique interest. Educating the whole child to support intellectual, emotional, social and physical development.

I believe that parents and families are a child’s first educator as they set the foundation of their family and cultural valves. I strive to build bonds with both families and the children to incorporate those values into my daily practices.
